We seek to hire a Marketing Intern who will strengthen our company culture and represent the company well while assisting the Marketing team with content creation, content operations, and asset coordination across digital marketing channels. This internship offers hands-on experience in real-world content marketing through supporting social media, blog content, digital asset organization, and marketing campaign execution. The role provides exposure to how effective content drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.


The candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks:

· Assist with content creation, including social media posts, blog content, and basic marketing copy.

· Support execution of the content calendar, through uploads, scheduling, and quality assurance across platforms.

· Organize and maintain digital assets within SharePoint and other file management systems.

· Coordinate photo and video asset requests and help track deliverables from internal teams and external partners.

· Perform basic image editing, resizing, and layout using Adobe tools and Canva.

· Support content publishing across social media, website, and email platforms.

· Conduct research, content audits, and content updates as needed.

· Assist with marketing campaign execution and general marketing operations.

· Collaborate with the Marketing team to meet deadlines and priorities.

Qualifications for this position include:

· Interest in marketing, content creation, communications, or a related field, with a basic understanding of social media and digital content best practices

· Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, with disciplined time management and organizational ability.

· Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered tools.

· Basic photography or video skills (shooting or simple editing) are a plus.

· Junior or senior standing in a related academic program preferred.

· Willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute in a collaborative team environment.

· Evening or weekend hours may be required periodically, but not on a constant basis.
