Job Summary:

The Club at Strawberry Creek is seeking a skilled and motivated Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality food preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  The Banquet Cook will assist in preparing food for weddings, member events, and club banquets. This role supports the culinary team in producing high-quality food for large-scale events. 


Key Responsibilities:

  

· Prepare banquet menu items according to recipes and plating standards

· Assist with event food preparation and production

· Support plating and execution during events

· Maintain a clean and organized workstation

· Follow sanitation and kitchen safety procedures

Requirements

Qualifications:

  

· Previous kitchen or banquet experience preferred

· Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

· Strong teamwork and communication skills

· Availability for evenings, weekends, and events
