What It’s Like to Lead at MOJO As a MOJO General Manager, you’re the heartbeat of your site — the culture carrier, the performance driver, and the leader who brings our mission to life every single day. You create a safe, clean, fast, and friendly experience for guests while developing a confident, engaged team that consistently delivers WOW-level service. You work side-by-side with your Director of Operations and partner across Maintenance, Marketing, HR, and L&D to execute company standards and drive results. You plan goals, review KPIs, support staffing needs, solve operational challenges, and coach your team to win. At MOJO, GMs lead like owners but never lead alone. You have a DO behind you, maintenance support beside you, and clear systems to guide you — from JOLT checklists to MaintainX PMs to Jaggaer ordering to labor and performance tools. You set the tone, build a strong culture, and ensure your wash runs safe, smooth, and show-ready every day. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and love developing people as much as solving problems, this role is for you. A Day in the Life (Snapshot)
