What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a memorable, professional first impression
• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing experience from introduction to delivery
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations that showcase value
• Manage inbound leads and follow up with customers to create repeat and referral business
• Maintain expert knowledge of Honda products, dealership inventory, incentives, and promotions
• Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards

 What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Professional appearance and a commitment to representing the Honda brand
