The Eat Well Restaurant, located inside the Even Hotel, is looking for an PM Cook to work 4:00PM - 11:00pm.  This is an entry-level, full-time cooking position.  

• Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Assist as counter attendant as necessary.
• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers.
• Date all food containers and rotate as per Graham Hotel System’s Hospitality standards, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures.
• Maintain inventory log, facilitate ordering of new product, and observe FIFO rotation procedures. Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up. Note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages. 
• Daily cleaning of dining area and prep area including guest dining tables and kitchen area.
• Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
