Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to support the growth of our data center thermal management business and global market expansion. This role will focus on developing technical solutions and providing product application support for liquid cooling technologies used in data centers.


The Product Manager will work closely with sales teams, engineering teams, and customers to develop customized cooling solutions, support technical discussions, and contribute to product development and market expansion across North America and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for data center thermal management products including cold plates, plate heat exchangers, cooling distribution units (CDU), and AALC cooling systems.

• Develop technical solutions and assist with product selection based on customer application requirements.

• Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical discussions, and overseas client visits to identify technical needs and propose customized cooling solutions.

• Prepare technical proposals, product documentation, application case studies, and technical materials for project bids and market promotion.

• Support project implementation activities including system commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer feedback collection to improve product performance.

• Monitor industry trends, energy efficiency standards, and environmental regulations related to data center cooling technologies and provide insights for internal product development.

Requirements
Education• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Fluid Machinery, Mechatronics, or related fields.Professional Experience• Experience in data center liquid cooling systems, thermal management products, HVAC systems, or related industries.• Experience supporting technical solutions, product applications, or engineering projects is preferred.• Experience working with international customers or overseas projects is considered a plus.Skills • Strong understanding of thermal management technologies used in data centers.• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams on technical topics.• Experience preparing technical proposals, application documents, or engineering solution reports.• Strong analytical ability and willingness to stay updated with industry developments and emerging cooling technologies.________________________________________Preferred Qualifications• Experience working with data center cooling technologies such as cold plates, CDUs, or liquid cooling systems.• Experience collaborating with global customers or cross-regional teams.• Background in technical product management or solution engineering is a plus.________________________________________Benefits• Competitive salary and performance-based bonus• Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance)• Short-term and long-term disability coverage• 401(k) with company match• Paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and floating holidays• Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced, global environment
