Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time Therapist at our Parent's Program.

Job Location: Salt Lake City


Compensation:

New Therapist: Starting wage - $65,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Fully Licensed Therapist: Starting wage $70,000 (negotiable based on experience)

5 years of applicable experience: $75,000

Core Responsibilities: You will assess and diagnose clients, developing a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs. You will establish a rapport with clients by facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as attending recreational outings. The average caseloads are 12 clients! Odyssey operates with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support your clinical work.

  • Current licensure (includes CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT) 
  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • Receive flu shot, TB test, and COVID-19 vaccine (spiritual and medical waivers available)

 

Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include background checks, fingerprinting, applicable sex offender registry screenings for Adult Residential roles, and other position-related verifications. Roles requiring driving are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and valid Utah driver’s license.

Physical Demands of the Job: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs., drive (or adequate alternate transportation), sit for prolonged periods, and perform light to moderate physical activity at times.

Salary Description
$65,000 - $75,000
