Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning
  • Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and positive shopping environment
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store policies, products, and operational procedures
  • Help train, mentor, and motivate new team members to foster a collaborative team environment
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and store technology
  • Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented

Requirements

 Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have:

  • The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous leadership role in retail or customer service, minimum of 1 year.
  • Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Ability to wear western boots while working.
  • A High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
