Description
  • Food Preparation & Station Setup Prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping, portioning, and assembling recipe components.
  • Set up and replenish workstations with tools, supplies, and prepared ingredients.
  • During busy service hours, assist with plating, garnishing, and basic cooking tasks.
  • Cleanliness & Safety Maintain a clean, organized kitchen by following food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
  • Wash and store tools, sanitize surfaces, and handle trash removal. Support inventory organization and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Team Collaboration & Kitchen Support Work closely with line cooks and chefs to ensure smooth and timely food service.
  • Receive and store deliveries, ensuring inventory rotation and quality standards.
  • Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed to support efficient operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
