The Revenue Operations Coordinator supports the operational execution of the revenue organization by managing day-to-day operational tasks, maintaining data quality across revenue systems, and ensuring key workflows run smoothly.
This role works closely with the Revenue Operations team to execute operational processes such as quote creation, record management, contract support, and system maintenance. The coordinator helps ensure that all revenue teams (sales, customer success, partnerships, & marketing) receive timely operational support while maintaining the consistency and quality of data across the revenue technology ecosystem.
The role also provides an entry point into Revenue Operations, offering exposure to CRM systems, revenue processes, and operational workflows while supporting the broader revenue organization.
What you’ll do:
Execute operational workflows that support the daily activities of the revenue organization.
- Creating quotes and supporting deal configuration within CRM systems
- Supporting revenue teams with operational requests related to deals, accounts, and CRM records and any other administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate and well-structured records across revenue systems.
- Creating and updating records for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and other CRM objects as needed
- Supporting other departments (i.e. support) with record creation or updates when operational workflows require it
- Ensuring records follow established naming conventions and data standards
- Maintaining consistency across CRM records and operational data
Help maintain the quality and reliability of operational data across revenue platforms.
- Resolve operational questions or data gaps through a mix of manual research and AI-powered search tools to investigate record discrepancies.
- Identifying and correcting data inconsistencies in CRM systems as needed
- Supporting data cleanup initiatives led by RevOps specialists
- Monitoring data quality and escalating systemic issues to RevOps specialists
Support operational workflows when automation or systems cannot fully resolve a request.
- Performing manual research to resolve operational questions or data gaps
- Investigating record discrepancies or operational issues
- Supporting operational tasks that require manual review or intervention
- Assisting RevOps specialists with operational tasks that fall outside automated workflows
Support the upkeep and accessibility of operational documentation.
- Maintaining documentation that supports revenue workflows
- Ensuring operational documentation remains updated as processes evolve
- Helping maintain internal playbooks and documentation libraries
- Supporting RevOps specialists in keeping documentation organized and accessible for all revenue team use cases
What you offer us…

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $59,000 - $68,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
