Enthusiastic and motivated entry level IT analyst/Technician to provide internal system and deskside support of employees and contractors in multiple company locations within southwestern Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. This is fast-paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and customer service skills, a positive and extroverted personality, be passionate about technology and helping people, and a drive to continuously learn and improve. Willing to train the right candidate who does not have formal IT experience but wishes to make a change.
Responsibilities:• Solve IT support request tickets as part of a hybrid helpdesk/field services team.• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the support process, following up on outstanding requests and ensure timely updates and resolution.• Provide internal system and deskside support of Windows PCs, Apple iPad and iPhone devices, printers, desk and mobile phones, and other technology used in a typical office.• Provide support for specialized industry manufacturer-provided software and vehicle diagnostic equipment.• Create accounts, image and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process.• Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.• Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.
Requirements:• Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows 10 & 11 as well as use of cloud office systems such as Office 365.• Familiarity with typical PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices.• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.• Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, in a manner understandable to a wide range of end-users.• An ability to learn technical material.• Exceptional organization and time-management skills.• Ability to work well and support others in a team environment.• Ability to lift moderate loads of up to 20 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet.• Ability to drive to company locations within southwestern Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. A valid Pennsylvania or Ohio driver’s license is required along with a vehicle in good condition
