At WithersRavenel, we believe engineering is more than plans and pipes — it’s about supporting communities and improving lives.
We’re seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Engineer to join our Utilities team in our Outer Banks office, helping lead projects that make a real difference—from pipelines and pump stations to storage facilities—serving communities across North Carolina.
While this role is listed as hybrid-remote, we’re looking for someone within commuting distance of the Outer Banks who can attend the office or client meetings approximately three days per week.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in the planning, design, and delivery of water distribution and wastewater collection system projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, contribute technical expertise, and help guide projects from concept through construction.
It's easy to see why people choose to build their careers with us - we provide extensive resources, supportive teams, and professional development opportunities so you can grow your career while doing meaningful work. You’ll enjoy work/life balance while helping communities thrive with resilient, reliable water systems. If you’re passionate about creating impact, we’d love to hear from you.
