Your Role
As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll support the General Manager in driving results, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments
- Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality’s unique culture
- Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability

- Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate clear goals and expectations

- Monitor and optimize property performance metrics, including labor and expense controls

- Engage with clients and community partners to support sales and marketing efforts

- Conduct regular department meetings to align teams and celebrate successes

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends
- Proficiency in labor analysis, financial management, and revenue strategies
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
- Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Experience with brand systems preferred
- Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
- Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability
Education & Experience
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
- Previous hotel brand experience is a plus
