Duties & Responsibilities:

- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including internal mail delivery and pickup.
- Arrange for UPS, FedEx, and messenger services as needed.
- Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, digital mail machines, and printers.
- Handle large print, scan, and copy jobs while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Maintain printer stations, restocking paper and supplies as needed.
- Order and stock office supplies to ensure team members have necessary resources.
- Assist with office moves, conference room setups, and other facility-related tasks.
- Provide backup support for the receptionist as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior office services experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional office setting.
- Proficiency with office equipment, including printing, binding, scanning, and mailing systems.
- Experience handling mail processing, distribution, and shipping coordination is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (typical office or administrative work).
Physical Requirements:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Must be able to move about on foot to accomplish tasks, push, pull, bend, twist, lift, and stand for extended periods.
