POSITION SUMMARY


The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving membership growth within an assigned territory through agent partnerships, community outreach, and local sales initiatives. This role focuses on building strong relationships with agents and brokers while ensuring they have the training, tools, and resources needed to effectively represent and sell carrier plans.

Requirements


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Build and execute a year-round regional sales and agent recruitment strategy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and carrier partners within the assigned territory.
  • Support grassroots marketing, community outreach, and local enrollment events.
  • Train agents on Agility Insurance Services’ products, services, and compliance expectations.
  • Represent Agility Insurance Services at community events and enrollment centers.
  • Manage local event budgets, enrollment materials, and promotional resources.
  • Partner with the Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement to staff enrollment centers in key neighborhoods.
  • Communicate plan offerings and sales updates internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with sales operations for sales tracking, reporting, and market analysis.
  • Work with the Producer Support Team to ensure agent satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, State, and Federal guidelines.
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to support agent engagement and sales growth.


MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Five (5)+ years of experience in health insurance enrollment or a Field Marketing Organization (FMO)
  • Active Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong agent relationships
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to speak to ACA, MA, and Ancillary products



  

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $125,000.00 per year plus quarterly incentive comp based on KPIs
