Location: Must be able to work at the Burnsville, MN location as needed; position may otherwise be remote.

Compensation: The expected salary/wage for this Minnesota-based position is between $130,000-$205,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, and Retirement Benefits)*Expected travel for this role is 30%, domestic and international. 


About this role

As the Senior Global Training Manager, Electrophysiology at Imricor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our educational initiatives across the globe. This position is designed for an EP subject matter expert who is passionate about developing and facilitating training programs that empower our internal teams and set a strong foundation for our customers to safely and confidently use our products to perform interventional cardiac ablations in a magnetic resonance (MR) environment. This is a highly visible and impactful role that will touch all corners of the business.


Responsibilities

· Leads the strategy, innovation, and global execution of Imricor educational and engagement programs.

· Designs and implements sales training program(s) to ensure expertise in product use, clinical workflows, and site onboarding across multiple geographies. 

· Designs and implements new employee onboarding program(s) for various sales and site implementation roles. 

· Assists Marketing in development of new product training and ongoing clinical training.

· Identifies training gaps and owns the development and creation of new content. 

· Supports initiatives such as speaker programs, advisory boards, and product feedback sessions in partnership with sales, clinical, and marketing

· Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Qualifications

· 5+ years of corporate Electrophysiology Training experience required.

· Subject matter expert in Electrophysiology procedures, mapping, and products. 

· Ability to communicate complex scientific and medical information clearly.

· Comfortable facilitating training and discussions with sales team members and clinicians. 

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Working Conditions

· Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less.

· Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (near vision) and ability to identify/distinguish colors.

· 85% of the time requires viewing and working on a computer screen.

· Ability to travel 30% of the time.
