ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The IT Knowledge Specialist & Business Process Reengineering Specialist will provide knowledge management, SharePoint administration, and business process support to ONR Global.

The selected candidate will accept technical tasking and task prioritization direction from the ONR Global Command Information Officer (CIO), who will serve as the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for this position. The role will support the management, administration, and maintenance of SharePoint-based knowledge management systems and assist with improving business processes and information sharing across ONR Global.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience in SharePoint administration, knowledge management systems, and business process support, while ensuring effective collaboration and information management for ONR personnel and stakeholders.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
• Documented successful completion of a Microsoft Dataverse Certification course; and demonstrated 3 years of experience in managing Dataverse instances.
• Demonstrated proficiency with 3 years of experience in operating, maintaining and editing Data Tables in Microsoft Dataverse.
• Demonstrated proficiency with 3 years of experience in managing and enforcing Microsoft Dataverse governance policies.
• Demonstrated proficiency with 3 years of experience in operating, maintaining and editing Microsoft Power Apps. 
• Demonstrated robust level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the Naval Research and Development Establishment.
