Role:

This role blends strategic OD design, rigorous change management, and hands-on implementation. You will diagnose organizational issues, design tailored interventions, build the governance and workstreams to execute them, and guide leaders through the “messy middle” of transformation. The Organizational Development Manager designs, implements, and scales programs that strengthen EFESO’s internal capabilities, leadership pipeline, culture, and ways of working. This role blends strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring EFESO’s consultants and leaders are equipped to deliver high-impact transformation for clients. You will also shape EFESO’s internal capability-building programs, culture initiatives, and leadership development systems.

Responsibilities:

Diagnostic & Solution Design

· Conduct deep-dive organizational assessments to identify bottlenecks in productivity, culture, leadership, and structure.

· Design bespoke BPI and OD interventions aligned to client strategic KPIs and EFESO methodologies.

· Translate qualitative insights and behavioral patterns into structured, data-driven recommendations.

· Demonstrate financial literacy by linking OD interventions to measurable business outcomes and ROI.

· Develop competency frameworks, role expectations, and capability models for client and internal teams.

Strategic Planning, Change Architecture & Workstream Design

· Develop comprehensive change management strategies using frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Model.

· Create, structure, and manage workstreams that drive OD and change initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

· Build project governance models, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths.

· Develop transformation roadmaps that integrate people, process, and performance levers.

· Partner with EFESO practice leaders to align OD strategies with broader operational excellence programs.

Implementation & Leading Through the “Messy Middle”

· Facilitate high-stakes workshops with executive teams to build alignment, secure buy-in, and clarify vision.

· Anticipate and mitigate resistance by applying behavioral insights and change-readiness diagnostics.

· Coach client-side managers and leaders to sustain improvements long after the engagement ends.

· Lead culture-building interventions, team effectiveness sessions, and leadership development experiences.

· Support EFESO’s internal learning curriculum, onboarding programs, and capability academies.

Performance, Impact Analysis & Continuous Improvement

· Establish baseline metrics and define KPIs to measure the success of OD and change initiatives.

· Track progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions in real time based on feedback loops.

· Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess adoption, capability uplift, and business impact.

· Use insights from engagement surveys, performance trends, and organizational diagnostics to recommend improvements.

· Support succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Learning Operations, Workstreams & Program Management

· Manage the end-to-end execution of learning and development programs, including scheduling, communications, materials, and evaluation.

· Design frameworks, standards, and improvement roadmaps aligned with EFESO methodologies

· Continuously refine content and delivery methods based on participant feedback and business needs.

· Create, structure, and manage workstreams that drive OD initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

· Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational health, team dynamics, and change readiness.

· Work closely with global HR, practice leaders, and regional managing directors to align OD initiatives with business priorities.

· Partner with EFESO’s knowledge and methodology teams to embed learning into daily consulting practice.

· Build strong relationships across client organizations to ensure adoption and sustainability.

Qualifications:

Education

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in OD, I/O Psychology, HR, or related field preferred.

· Certifications in Prosci, coaching, or change management are a plus.

Experience: 

· 6–10 years in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related fields; consulting industry experience strongly preferred.

· Proven track record designing and implementing OD programs in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.

· Experience supporting leadership development, culture initiatives, and organizational effectiveness projects.

· Ability to translate business strategy into people and capability solutions.

Technical Competencies:

· Ability to design and lead end-to-end transformation roadmaps

· Strong command of diagnostic tools (maturity assessments, loss analysis, value stream mapping)

· Experience implementing daily management systems and tiered accountability

· Experience with KPI frameworks and performance dashboards

Professional Competencies:

· Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

· Comfort navigating ambiguity and designing structure where none exists

· Strong facilitation and coaching skills; able to engage senior leaders and diverse global teams.

· Clear, structured communicator able to simplify complex concepts

· Ability to build trust with senior leaders and frontline teams

Compensation: 

The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At EFESO, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
