EXPERIENCE: 2 - 3 years
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will serve as the primary point of contact for Orbit Farm customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes through our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders. The CSM will work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Accomplish and Experience
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Orbit Farm.
Onboarding & Training
- Guide new customers through onboarding processes, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our solutions.
Account Management
- Monitor customer accounts, track usage and performance, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Issue Resolution
- Collaborate with technical support and operations teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Customer Retention
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by anticipating needs and delivering proactive support.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide regular updates to management on customer health, engagement metrics, and potential risks.
Desirable Previous Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Experienced in customer success, account management, or related roles (preferably in SaaS or technology services).
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: 40+ hours per week Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm CST (with occasional off-hours work)
- Fully remote role with all necessary training and access provided.
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
