Position Summary
The Senior Content & Campaign Marketing Specialist turns complex ideas into compelling narratives that resonate effectively with our target audiences. In this role, you will drive strategic content and campaign initiatives with greater independence – from conception through execution to performance analysis. You are adept at analyzing performance and aligning strategies with the company’s overall objectives. This role is tasked with marketing content ideation & creation, including email templates, advertising copy, direct mailers, website copy, thought leadership copy, internal communications, social media, longer-form content, such as guides and two-pagers, and additional marketing assets as needed.
Additionally, the Senior Content & Campaign Marketing Specialist will assist in and manage the development of lead generation, ABM and advertising flights, including developing assets, assisting with data collection and project management & execution as it relates to advertising launches for the organization.
The Senior Content & Campaign Marketing Specialist will continuously identify opportunities for leveraging marketing content to increase inbound conversion from the website, streamline outbound campaigns and deliver measurable results through content-driven strategy.
The Senior Content & Campaign Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation & ABM.
Position Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and client interactions.
- Superb writing, editing and storytelling ability across formats (short copy, long-from, though leadership, sales enablement).
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance, measure ROI, and recommend improvements & new strategies.
- Strategic and “big-picture” mindset to match content and campaign strategy with company goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage up to senior leaders.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.

- Adaptability to evolving market trends and changing business needs.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics) and strategies (performance marketing, ABM).
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of finalized deliverables and copy as they pertain to marketing content and internal communications.
- Collaborate with Marketing, other internal teams & leadership to create content such as email communications, direct mailers, videos, blog posts, long-form assets, etc.
- Create and implement strategic messaging and campaigns to promote KBKG awareness & demand resulting in direct impact on quantitative objectives such as lead and meeting targets.
- In collaboration with the Senior Manager, Demand Generation & ABM, develop, execute, manage and track performance of lead generation and ABM efforts.
- Develop, manage, execute, and track performance of social media channels.
- Manage SEO/AEO including performance updates and strategic next steps. Manage & collaborate with senior leaders on creating and executing AEO strategies.
- Promote creative idea generation through familiarity with industry trends and standards in marketing and communications.
- Assist in development of and ensuring consistent adherence to company brand guidelines, especially as it relates to company tone and voice.
Education and Experience
- 4-6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications can be advantageous.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
