Pre-Assessment Screening & Resident Review (PASRR)
Schedule: Flexible Hours | asking 10hours/week | Remote (must live in Utah)

This role requires strong listening and communication skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. The therapist should be comfortable working collaboratively with a supportive team to provide quality care.
Essential Functions
The PASRR Therapist will perform assigned in-person Level II assessments for residents of nursing facilities who have a diagnosis of serious mental illness (SMI). The therapist will engage positively with individuals while building trust and rapport throughout the assessment process. Responsibilities include completing assessments within specified timeframe requirements for each assignment to ensure state guidelines are met, documenting findings, and utilizing appropriate clinical knowledge when conducting evaluations.

- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
- Active DOPL license in Utah (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC)
- Live in Utah
- 2+ years’ experience in social services
- 2+ years of experience providing customer service
