Recreation Staff Member

Join our dynamic team at Lake Almanor Country Club, a premier resort-style community, as a Recreation Staff Member responsible for supporting our sports center, outdoor recreation areas, and tennis/pickleball courts. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the sports center, outdoor recreation areas, and tennis/pickleball courts

- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, answering questions and offering assistance

- Monitor and enforce facility rules and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment

- Set up and break down equipment for various recreational activities and events

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of outdoor courts and recreational areas

- Support planning and coordination of recreational programs, tournaments, and community events

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all recreational facilities and equipment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in recreation, sports, or customer service preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of sports and recreational activities, including tennis and pickleball

- Physical ability to perform outdoor maintenance tasks and lift equipment as needed

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for promoting active lifestyles and community engagement
