the details:

the responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual interventions, and functional mobility training
- Track and document patient progress following clinic and regulatory guidelines
- Support a patient centered, evidence-based care environment
- Adapt quickly to different clinic teams, caseload types, and scheduling systems
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies
- Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
the requirements:
- Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
- One (1) year of outpatient experience
- One (1) year of orthopedic and manual therapy experience or strong manual clinicals
