- Assist with Receptionist duties as needed (check-in patients, open/close office)
- Room Patients and take vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, and
- SaO2) and enter into progress note.
- Review medications with patient and enter them into progress note.
- Obtain patient History and Physical and enter into computer.
- Collect all pertinent information from a referring physician for new patients.
- Ensure that labs and results have been received and are available to physician
- prior to appointment.
- Scan documents into patients’ charts.
- Clean medical equipment.
- Any other duties required to keep office running smoothly, including assisting in
- answering the phone, returning phone calls, processing faxes, etc.
- Reports to Lead Medical Assistant, Office Manager, and Doctor on staff

Pay Scale/Ranges:
$21.00-$35.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
