• Assist with Receptionist duties as needed (check-in patients, open/close office)
• Room Patients and take vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, and
• SaO2) and enter into progress note.
• Review medications with patient and enter them into progress note.
• Obtain patient History and Physical and enter into computer.
• Collect all pertinent information from a referring physician for new patients.
• Ensure that labs and results have been received and are available to physician
• prior to appointment.
• Scan documents into patients’ charts.
• Clean medical equipment.
• Any other duties required to keep office running smoothly, including assisting in
• answering the phone, returning phone calls, processing faxes, etc.
• Reports to Lead Medical Assistant, Office Manager, and Doctor on staff

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$21.00-$35.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
