The Impact You'll Make

As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating a high-energy team, and delivering a customer experience that keeps people coming back. You’ll play a key role in growing our business, developing our staff, and making sure every car — and every customer — leaves better than when they arrived.

What You'll Do

· Help support daily operations, from opening procedures to closing checklists, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

· Maintain a strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.

· Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.

· Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.

· Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

· Lead, coach, and inspire a team of CSR's and shift leaders to deliver top-tier service.

· Handle customer feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty

· Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to keep our wash running at peak efficiency.

What You'll Bring

· 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive services.

· A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering memorable service.

· Strong people skills — you know how to motivate, coach, and build a positive team culture.

· Goal-oriented mindset!

· A team player attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

· Strong problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.

· Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn car wash equipment operations.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· The ability to stand for long periods of time.

· The ability to lift 50 lbs.

· The ability to travel for training and development purposes.

· The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
