SUMMARY: We're looking for a pragmatic AI Solutions Engineer to lead the development and deployment of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and our Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering measurable business value through thoughtful automation that augments our workforce. You'll be the bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and practical business needs, building solutions that work in the real world - not just in demos.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Build & Deploy Intelligent Agents (60%)

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot agents across all departments
  • Create conversational AI solutions for sales, operations, HR, finance, and accounting
  • Integrate Copilot Studio with existing systems
  • Implement "human-in-the-loop" safeguards for critical processes

Platform Architecture & Data Integration (20%)

  • Optimize our Microsoft Fabric implementation for AI workloads
  • Ensure clean data pipelines feeding into Copilot agents
  • Establish connection between Copilot Studio and all enterprise systems
  • Design scalable architecture supporting 50+ concurrent agents

Business Partnership & Change Management (15%)

  • Partner with department heads to identify automation opportunities
  • Train business users to build their own simple agents
  • Measure and report ROI for every deployed solution
  • Lead "AI Office Hours" for continuous education

Governance & Best Practices (5%)

  • Establish AI agent development standards
  • Implement rigorous testing protocols to avoid production failures
  • Create documentation and playbooks
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements
Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience building chatbots, virtual agents, or conversational AI.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integration.
  • Experience with natural language processing and intent recognition.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C#, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of Azure cognitive services and AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience in the adult beverage industry is a plus.
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents experience is a plus.
  • Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or relatable experience is a plus.
