What You’ll Do (and why it matters)
We are looking for a marketing pro (2–4 years of experience) who loves mixing creativity with data. You will create and coordinate content, help run integrated campaigns, support events, and use AI tools plus business networking platforms to gather, refine, and analyze market/customer data—so our sales team can focus on the right opportunities and conversations.
Job Summary Marketing Coordinator
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to build and execute integrated campaigns (social posts, ads, sales collateral, trade show support, and more).
- Keep our CRM data clean and actionable, and build targeted email campaigns that drive engagement and qualified leads.
- Coordinate events—from trade shows to sales meetings—so the brand shows up consistently and professionally.
- Work with Marketing and Business Development leaders to size opportunities, track competitors, and share clear, data-driven insights.
What You bring
- 2–4 years of professional experience; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, management, entrepreneurship, or similar preferred.
- Hands-on experience creating, managing, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing and content-creation skills; able to adapt messaging across channels and audiences.
- Working knowledge of SEO, AI search, and performance metrics (you know what “good” looks like and how to improve it).
- Experience organizing and coordinating events, timelines, and vendors.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); HTML is a plus.
- Excellent judgment and communication skills—written, verbal, and cross-functional.
- Familiarity with design tools and analytics/data visualization platforms.
- Collaborative, organized, and comfortable partnering with sales, operations, and leadership.
