Host / Hostess – Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails

Join the team at Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails, where warm hospitality and genuine Southern charm set the tone for every guest experience. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and service-driven Host to be the first impression of our restaurant.

Courteous, punctual, and polished Host to create outstanding first impressions and manage the front-of-house flow. The Host will welcome guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate seating with servers, and maintain a tidy, inviting entrance area.

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations (phone and online), waitlist, and seating rotation to optimize guest experience and table turnover.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus; communicate guest needs and special requests to the service team.
• Monitor dining room capacity and communicate wait times accurately.
• Maintain organized, clean host station and entry area.
• Answer phones, take messages, and handle basic inquiries about menu, hours, and policies.
• Coordinate with managers and servers on special events, large parties, and seating changes.
• Assist with coat check, takeout pickup, or other front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Enforce restaurant policies (e.g., capacity, seating, reservations) politely and professionally.
