Position Summary

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Data Analyst who embodies these values while bringing clarity, insight, and strategic thinking to our revenue-generating functions.


This role blends analytical expertise with operational partnership, supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance through actionable insights and scalable reporting infrastructure. The right candidate will be both technically skilled and relationally strong—someone who can translate complex data into meaningful narratives, improve revenue processes, and foster alignment across diverse teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to provide data-driven insights that inform revenue strategy and decision-making.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting systems to track pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, retention, and revenue performance.
  • Key measures of success will include forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, renewal visibility, conversion rates, customer retention, territory performance, sales cycle length, and executive dashboard adoption. 
  • Ensure integrity, consistency, and governance of revenue data across systems (CRM, marketing automation, billing, etc.).
  • Support territory planning, lead routing, attribution models, and lifecycle stage management.
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, delivering clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the revenue funnel, proactively offering solutions and process improvements.
  • Own the data architecture and governance standards for revenue and customer lifecycle metrics definitions, CRM data and reporting standards, forecasting models, and data processes. 
  • Support forecasting and planning cycles with accurate data modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate on system improvements and automation efforts that increase efficiency and visibility across the revenue engine.
  • Contribute to revenue operations governance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
  • Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through thoughtful analysis and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure reporting and insights uphold the mission and values of Conscious Discipline by promoting clarity, integrity, and collaboration.
Requirements

Where You Shine

  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, financial analysis, or sales/marketing analytics. Experience supporting go-to-market teams in high-growth, multi-state, recurring revenue, or PE-backed environments strongly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with the ability to see both patterns and details. Comfortable working with large datasets and complex systems. Working knowledge and\or interest in using AI-powered tools.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio or similar), and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with SQL preferred.
  • Modeling: Experience building executive dashboards, forecasting models, CRM + marketing + billing integration and SQL/data modeling experience. 
  • Collaboration: Skilled at partnering across technical and non-technical teams, balancing structure with relational awareness.
  • Communication: Clear and empathetic communicator who can translate data insights into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mindset: Curious, solutions-oriented, and committed to reflective practices that support growth, learning, and resilience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred.
