Looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Executive Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for a sharp, proactive professional who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment and can balance routine administrative work with evolving operational priorities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, BPO-style operating model.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy and within defined SLAs
· Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and operational reports
· Support workflow coordination and case/task follow-through across teams
· Ensure documentation completeness, quality, and compliance with process standards
· Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
· Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational optimization efforts
· Provide cross-functional support during peak periods or changing business needs
· Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements

· 2+ years experience in administrative, operations, or back-office support within a BPO or shared services environment
· Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
· Advanced attention to detail and time management skills
· Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
· Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Excel required)
· Experience working with CRMs, EMRs, ticketing systems, or workflow tools is a plus
· Healthcare or rehabilitation industry exposure is an advantage but not required
