MATT Construction, the General Contractor that built such iconic structures as The Broad Museum and Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, is accepting applications for the Marketing Associate role.
The Marketing Associate will work with the marketing/BD team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to completing projects and tasks that support our strategic objectives. They will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of project pursuits and planned marketing and communications programs. We’re looking for a self-starter who can manage their time effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Create RFP/Q responses in InDesign
- Assist Marketing Production Manager with analytics reporting + dashboard creation and upkeep
- Conduct market research and report findings of new revenue opportunities
- Market research on critical markets, potential clients and/or leads
- Work with subject matter experts to develop talks for industry panels and speaking events
- Create content about how MATT uses new technologies to support our projects
- Support Marketing Production Manager in the proposal process as needed
- Perform administrative tasks like scheduling events, answering emails and data entry
- Assist in the production of digital brochures, PowerPoint presentations, award submissions and project cut sheets
- Collaborate with the Marketing Content Specialist to produce content and graphics for company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) as needed
- Database: assist with maintaining the integrity of the marketing database and conduct reporting or audits as needed. Includes capturing and recording client information. Supports marketing as needed.
- Market analytics and assisting with writing marketing proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related
- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing
- Excellent writing skills
- Technical knowledge of marketing analytics
- Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude
- Proficiency with InDesign, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite. Familiarity with CRM programs a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple requests
