Sun Realty is looking for a Personal Coordinator to join our Kill Devil Hills team!
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for homeowners and guests—helping create smooth, memorable vacation experiences while building lasting relationships along the way. From problem-solving to celebrating great stays, you’ll play a key part in delivering the exceptional service Sun Realty is known for.

What You’ll Bring:
- A passion for helping people and delivering great customer service (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- The ability to think on your feet and handle challenges with confidence
- Comfort using Microsoft Office; experience with Breezeway, Track, or similar software is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong organization and time management skills
- A calm, professional approach to resolving conflicts
Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation, with valid, active driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment.
Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions, as warranted; climbing flights of steps inside and out, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic, walking in soft sand.

Hours: Full-time, year-round position. Weekends and holidays are required. Overtime may be required. Regular punctual attendance is required.
Salary Range: Pay based on experience, and proven ability, determined by Rental Manager.
