What You’ll Do

  • Manage a complex executive calendar, travel, and high-level communications 
  • Serve as a trusted liaison to the Board of Trustees, leadership team, and external partners 
  • Coordinate and support board meetings, executive meetings, and organizational initiatives 
  • Lead and support special projects with organization-wide impact 
  • Ensure smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements

 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience 
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion 
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience in healthcare, credentialing, or contract management preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
