What You’ll Do
- Manage a complex executive calendar, travel, and high-level communications
- Serve as a trusted liaison to the Board of Trustees, leadership team, and external partners
- Coordinate and support board meetings, executive meetings, and organizational initiatives
- Lead and support special projects with organization-wide impact
- Ensure smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements
What You Bring
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare, credentialing, or contract management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
