- Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with seating preferences

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of guests

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously

- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality and customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality

- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills is a plus
