The Talent Acquisition Contractor (Contract Recruiter) will be responsible for supporting our hiring efforts to identifying top tier talent for the organization. Will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is a part-time contract role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize tools and resources to effectively recruit for Company openings.
- Source candidates and cultivate talent pipelines including advanced sourcing, outreach, networking use of social media and other channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with drafting job postings and posting positions.
- Contacts schools, alumni groups, veteran organizations, women organizations, disability organizations, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
- Monitor affirmative action goals and makes outreach efforts to reach candidates in protected classes to make progress towards goals.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and ensures a positive representation of our company brand within the marketplace.
- Ensure all recruiting and interviewing processes are aligned with state and federal laws.
- Updates ATS system.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Three or more years of progressive recruiting experience.
- Previous experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Excellent follow through, sense of urgency, ability to work on their own and be self-sufficient.
- Proven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to change with strong ability to prioritize multiple hiring assignments
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
- Specialty recruiting certifications preferred (CIR, CTR, CSMR, CDR, CPSP)

- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and collaboratively within the Human Resources Team
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across the entire organization and external to the organization.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines and prioritizing work. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent follow through, sense of urgency, ability to work on their own and be self-sufficient.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, and HRIS/ATS systems. LinkedIn Recruiter experience is strongly desired.
