Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team, contributing to the fabrication of high-quality CPVC components and custom assemblies. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork, and who thrives in a production environment focused on delivering distinctive, custom-designed solutions.

Job Duties

  • Fabricate CPVC components, assemblies, and      custom structures according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, shop      prints, cut sheets, and production work orders.
  • Measure, cut, machine, and assemble CPVC and      related materials with accuracy and consistent quality.
  • Safely and effectively operate hand tools,      power tools, and standard mill shop equipment (e.g., saws, routers,      sanders, planers, machining stations).
  • Maintain proper staging, labeling, and material      flow throughout the fabrication process.
  • Inspect work at each stage of production to      ensure compliance with quality, dimensional, and craftsmanship standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet      production schedules and project deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work      environment in accordance with company and OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Follow all company procedures for equipment      use, material handling, and quality control.
Requirements

  

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of fabrication, mill shop, or      related manufacturing experience; plastics or CPVC experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in measuring, cutting,      machining, and assembling materials with tight tolerances.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication methods,      material behavior, and proper tool use for CPVC or similar materials.
  • Skilled in safe operation of hand tools, power      tools, and shop machinery.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and      translate specifications into accurate finished components.
  • Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and      quality control.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials, stand for      extended periods, and perform physical work in a shop environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both      independently and as part of a production team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistently adheres to      safety procedures and company policies.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable      transportation.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality products      and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
