Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert in Link 16 EMC Features
• Ability to move Link 16 EMC Features projects from initial design to certification
• Ability to conduct technical analysis on Link 16 EMC Features related design, development and implementation
• Conduct technical interchanges with Government, Vendor, and other technical liaisons for Link 16 EMC Features systems 
• Evaluate technical data provided by vendors for adherence to the requirements for EMC Features
• Provide written communication on technical positions to stakeholders in the Link 16 community
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into reasonable solutions for current and future Link 16 EMC Features Programs
• Support the troubleshooting, documentation, and solutions for Link 16 EMC Features systems certification
• Support and advocate for Link 16 EMC Features in relationship to other systems in the band

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (with a focus in RF)
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in Link 16 EMC Features.
• Experience working with governments organizations/agencies such (DoW, DOT, NTIA, FAA)
• Working knowledge of DoD Manual 4650
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active secret clearance as required by the US Government contract 

Working Environment:
eSimplicity supports a hybrid work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by manager. 

Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 5% per year.
