Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales, is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and accelerating revenue performance. This role blends strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to unlock sustainable growth across products, channels, and customer segments.


The ideal candidate is both a visionary strategist and an execution-focused operator who can translate insights into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  

Growth Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead the company’s long-term growth strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify and prioritize new revenue streams, market expansions, and business opportunities
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape corporate strategy and growth roadmaps

Revenue & Performance Optimization

  • Drive top-line revenue growth through innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and growth metrics to track performance
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities

Market & Customer Insights

  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Champion customer-centric growth initiatives across the organization

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align growth initiatives
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ensure seamless execution of growth programs across departments

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, pilots, new channel testing)
  • Scale successful initiatives and sunset underperforming efforts

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in growth, business development, or related leadership roles
  • Proven track record of measurable revenue growth and market expansion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
