Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales, is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and accelerating revenue performance. This role blends strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to unlock sustainable growth across products, channels, and customer segments.

Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead the company’s long-term growth strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Identify and prioritize new revenue streams, market expansions, and business opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership to shape corporate strategy and growth roadmaps
Revenue & Performance Optimization
- Drive top-line revenue growth through innovative go-to-market strategies
- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and growth metrics to track performance
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
Market & Customer Insights
- Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Champion customer-centric growth initiatives across the organization
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align growth initiatives
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Ensure seamless execution of growth programs across departments
Innovation & Experimentation
- Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement
- Oversee experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, pilots, new channel testing)
- Scale successful initiatives and sunset underperforming efforts
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in growth, business development, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record of measurable revenue growth and market expansion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
