Description

The Practice Success Manager (PSM) has responsibility for all aspects of customer account management in the assigned territory, and back up territories when necessary to support the company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the planning, organization and execution of all activities that might impact treatment volumes and consumable purchases. The Practice Success Manager will be accountable to achieve the quotas and objectives set forth by the company. A large part of this role will be increased in-person engagement by regularly visiting customer sites to provide hands-on support, training, and strategic consultation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Achieve sales quotas and objectives in assigned territory.
  •  Develop territory-specific travel plans to ensure consistent and proactive customer site visits.
  •  Strengthen customer relationships through face-to-face interactions, fostering trust and long-term partnership.
  •  Conduct on-site assessments to identify opportunities for increased product utilization and customer success.
  •  Educate the customer regarding the instructions, contraindications, and safety of company products, and how they fulfill the needs of the customer.
  •  Utilize efficient time management skills through pre-call sales planning to maximize customer success with the company’s products.
  •  Complete administrative responsibilities including business plans, expense reports, sales forecasting, and updating account profiles, and maintaining CRM database.
  •  Maintain current knowledge of industry and competitive products.
  •  Participate in and travel to industry-related trade shows/meetings.
  •  Maintain consistent communication with the direct manager on all matters related to the customers and company business within the assigned territory.
  •  Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism always.
  •  Comply with all health and safety regulations, policies, and work practices.
  •  Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • This position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent experience.
  •  3+ years of demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other healthcare providers.
  •  Preference for direct customer experience within the aesthetics space.
  •  Experience selling consumables in a capital/consumable business model.
  •  Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to stay abreast of the current technology, company products and generally accepted medical practices related to products and procedural areas.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to present and effectively communicate complex clinical and technical data to audiences of various backgrounds and knowledge levels
  • Availability to travel up to 50 - 100%, to include occasional weekends, when necessary.
