Position Description: Procurement Analyst – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Track procurement activities and expenditures across assigned efforts
• Support the full procurement cycle from request through closeout
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure alignment with budget and program needs
• Analyze procurement data and develop cost forecasts
• Track performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal procurement policies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits 
• Support contract analysis and vendor performance tracking
• Assist with procurement reporting and financial reconciliation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  OR 4 (four) years of equivalent experience in procurement analysis
• Experience supporting procurement activities in a federal or DoD environment
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
• Experience managing purchase orders and tracking procurement performance
• Experience with cost estimation and financial tracking
• Familiarity with acquisition systems and procurement databases
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience supporting procurement audits and compliance reviews
• Experience analyzing procurement data to improve efficiency
• Experience working with financial management or acquisition tools
• Experience supporting multi vendor or complex procurement environments

Certifications:

• Required: None
• Preferred: Certified Professional Contracts Manager CPCM, DoD Financial Management Certification
