Join our team as a Vocational Specialist within our Community Support Program (CSP)! We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven professional dedicated to helping adults with mental health or substance use disorders achieve their goals of competitive, meaningful employment.

What You’ll Do 

  • Empower Clients: Evaluate vocational strengths, interests, and readiness to co-create personalized employment plans.
  • Build Partnerships: Actively engage with local employers to develop job opportunities and cultivate a robust job bank.
  • Provide Hands-On Support: Offer on-site, in-person job coaching and follow-along support to help clients thrive in their new roles.
  • Integrate Care: Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to blend vocational goals with mental health recovery.
  • Teach Success Skills: Conduct engaging workshops on resume writing, interviewing techniques, and professional etiquette.
  • Support & Coach: Build symptom management skills, provide crisis intervention, and guide clients through the vocational recovery process.

Requirements

  

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or Human Services required.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use disorders preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
