In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders and contractor teams, leading matrixed teams to successfully execute complex IT programs while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day program execution, we are seeking leaders who can contribute to the strategic growth of the organization by identifying, shaping, and supporting new opportunities across federal agencies. You will play a critical role in supporting capture and proposal efforts, while building and mentoring high-performing teams aligned to evolving mission needs.
Successful candidates will bring strong experience managing IT and mission-oriented programs across the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC), including acquisition processes and documentation. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating technical and functional activities such as systems engineering, systems integration, service desk and call center operations, cybersecurity, database and storage management, and software development or configuration.
This role requires the ability to manage program scope, schedule, and cost; anticipate and mitigate risks; and ensure the delivery of high-quality program management artifacts, including schedules, reports, and program management plans. You will regularly interact with government leadership, including CORs, and must be able provide clear, concise reporting through meetings, briefings, and written communications such as SITREPs.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- PMP or equivalent program/project management certification
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience with federal IT acquisition processes and lifecycle management
