The Retail Merchandiser role provides merchandising coverage to achieve superior in-store results for an assigned retail territory. Point-of-sale interaction is required and the ability to impact sales positively. Personal vehicle is required. Day shift (7 am to 4 pm) No weekends. Mileage reimbursement monthly will be provided.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Build & maintain professional relationships with store management & associates.
Set up & maintain in-store planograms
Responsible for new product implementation on store shelves
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Work Experience-Requirement
- One year experience in dealing with the public at the retail sales level
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Have a valid driver license and be able to drive their personal vehicle
- Willing and able to work in refrigerated and freezer sections of the retail store
- Good vision and ability to operate a calculator, telephone, and copier
- Stand and/or walk for long periods
- Comfortably interact with the public
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Familiar with Excel & Word
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fully bilingual in Spanish (ability to speak, read, & write) preferred
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000-$50,000 (Base Salary)
