SHINE Technologies is seeking a Customer & Supply Chain Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting both customer service and supply chain operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role involves accurately entering and managing customer orders, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. In addition, the coordinator assists the supply chain team with key functions such as production planning, logistics coordination, and procurement support.
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties and responsibilities of the Customer & Supply Chain Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Entering and managing customer orders into NetSuite.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Supports operations and supply chain to optimize requirements for daily business.
- Tracks, develops, and analyzes reports, dashboards, and other resources to facilitate order management processes.
- Monitors information required by the supply chain team to ensure critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
- Coordinates with planning, logistics, procurement, production, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
- Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions.
- Become rad shipper certified and assist with weekly shipments.
- Other duties as required by the Supply Chain team.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management and/or two to four years of experience in a supply chain role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments.
- Efficiently prepare reports for management and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies or professional certification in supply chain are beneficial.
Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
