We are excited to invite a dynamic and results-driven Intern in Sales & Catering to join our team at Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, located in stunning Jackson Hole, WY. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional passionate about hospitality and sales to contribute to the growth and success of our distinguished properties while enjoying the breathtaking scenery and vibrant community of Jackson.
The position would start from May 1st - August 10th, 2026
The Job
- To assist the Director of Sales, and Sales & Catering team in day-to-day operations of the Sales Department while gaining hands-on experience in hotel sales and events.
- This internship provides exposure to data entry, reporting, client communications, and general office operations.
- Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters pursuing a career in hospitality sales, marketing or events.
- Answer phones, general questions and direct leads/calls to appropriate team member.
- Data Management (uploading and tracking client lists and mailings, etc).
- System Management (DELPHI, SALESFORCE, MS OFFICE).
- Process monthly and quarterly sales reporting.
- Assist Sales Team in completing monthly group pickup and revenue.
- Utilize SMS to track client stays and special requests; complete monthly reporting.
