About the Role

This position involves managing a high-volume workers’ compensation caseload from start to finish, supported by a dedicated team. You will play a key role in driving case outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and consistent case progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation cases from inception through resolution
• Attend hearings and mediations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Collaborate on case strategy and assist with trial preparation
• Maintain consistent client communication and proactive case management

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Nevada state bar
• 2+ years of workers’ compensation experience preferred (preferred but not required)
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation

• Base Salary: Starting range at $150,000
