Our Crop Department is growing, and we are seeking service-focused professionals who take pride in delivering accurate, timely, and thoughtful support to our crop insurance clients. In these roles, you’ll play an essential part in helping clients navigate the crop insurance lifecycle with confidence, from coverage and reporting to renewals and claims support.

What You’ll Do
In this service-focused role, you’ll support a designated book of crop insurance business and work closely with Clients, Producers, and Approved Insurance Providers (AIPs) throughout the full policy lifecycle.
Responsibilities may include:
- Partnering with farmers and agricultural operations to gather required information for applications, reports, and documentation
- Assisting with crop insurance applications, endorsements, and policy supplements
- Administering policies through carrier systems, including acreage and production reporting
- Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and producers, responding with timely and accurate information
- Reviewing policies and documentation for accuracy, compliance, and coverage integrity
- Coordinating policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
- Preparing and distributing correspondence for new business and renewals
- Reporting new claims and assisting with claims follow-up and coordination
- Proactively identifying coverage, reporting, or documentation issues and proposing solutions
- Processing cancellations and issuing appropriate client communications
- Maintaining thorough documentation within the agency management system
- Staying current on crop insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and compliance standards
- Supporting audits, reviews, and carrier inquiries with accurate records
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members (for senior-level roles)
- Participating in training, professional development, and peak-season team support
- Occasionally traveling for meetings, training, or educational events

- Understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy

- Leadership or mentoring experience for senior roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
- Active P&C insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain and maintain required licensing)

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance License in resident state and a CA non-resident license preferred
