Role Overview

We are building a fast-paced, execution-focused marketing team to support Palmer Hamilton’s growth. This position is built for a high-output marketer who can take ideas and quickly turn them into polished, production-ready deliverables.


You’ll focus on content creation and execution, with an emphasis on developing brochures, sales tools, and visual assets using Adobe tools. You’ll also use AI to increase speed, efficiency, and overall output.


This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who likes to move fast, embraces new technology, and is always looking for better ways to get work done. This position is open because our current Marketing Coordinator is retiring at the end of May.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign & Execution Support

· Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns

· Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time

· Coordinate across sales, leadership, and external partners

· Ensure all assets are accurate, aligned, and ready for deployment


Content & Creative Production (Core Focus)

· Create brochures, sales materials, presentations, and visual assets using Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

· Develop high-quality print and digital marketing materials

· Ensure brand consistency and professional execution across all deliverables


Marketing Operations & Support

· Assist with campaign coordination, asset management, and internal requests

· Support lead processes and marketing system updates

· Help maintain organized, accurate marketing data


Pricing & Product Support

· Assist with pricing updates and product-related materials

· Ensure sales tools and marketing assets reflect current offerings


Analytics & Reporting

· Support reporting and tracking of marketing performance

· Help maintain dashboards and basic performance insights


AI-Driven Execution & Workflow Scaling

· Actively use AI tools to create content, accelerate production, and improve output quality

· Follow and help improve structured workflows that increase speed and efficiency

· Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline execution

· Contribute to building a modern, AI-enabled marketing function


Qualifications

· ~5 years of marketing experience, with strong emphasis on execution and content production

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)

· Proven ability to create brochures, sales materials, and visual assets

· Experience working across multiple areas of marketing

· Strong organizational and execution skills

· Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

· Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-output environment

· Demonstrated willingness and ability to adopt AI tools in daily work
