AB Global is entering a significant growth phase as we move into 2026, and we are expanding our sales team with two Mid-Market Sales Executives.
This is not a role built around activity metrics or transactional selling. It is designed for professionals who know how to lead conversations, influence decision-making, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
The Mid-Market Sales Executive will be responsible for owning and closing complex deals within organizations of up to 10,000+ employees, while helping prospects rethink how they approach hiring risk, compliance, and workforce decision-making.
- Own and manage full sales cycles across mid-market accounts
- Drive deals ranging from $25,000 to $500,000+ in annual revenue
- Build and maintain a strong, self-generated pipeline
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, including HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Lead consultative conversations that connect screening, compliance, and HCM strategy
- Partner with internal teams and external HCM ecosystem partners to create new opportunities
- Consistently move deals through pipeline stages to Contract Sent and Closed Won

What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Experience in HCM, SaaS, or background screening sales
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable leading executive-level conversations
- Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS ecosystems
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Ability to sell outcomes and business impact, not just features
- Skilled at creating urgency and reframing how prospects think about their current approach
