Menemsha Development Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated, driven Account Manager to join our dynamic fast-growing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business across each of our primary service offerings (Survey, Architecture & Construction).
- Conduct client sales presentations (face-to-face, via phone or web meetings, attend industry tradeshows, as required)
- Work together with business development and the project management team to prepare high quality responses to RFPs to solidify award.
- Presents proposal(s) while selling the features and services of our business to close deals.
- Effectively utilizes CRM system daily to manage sales pipeline, client contacts, sales activities, and lead activity.
- Utilize all the sales tools to assist with business development.
- Timely and accurately completes weekly sales reports and provides information as needed for backlog and sales projections,
- Conducts job walks, visit job sites, attend client site meetings, as required.
- Works collaboratively with the project teams to ensure client retention by driving/demanding superior client service through the organization.
- Successful onboarding of new client accounts. Effectively communicate client needs, requirements and contractual obligations.
- Establish and build upon Menemsha’s client relationships.
- Support marketing efforts with activities such as attending customer events and campaign follow-up.
- Act as a liaison between departments to share information and ensure client needs are addressed.
- Effectively and efficiently contribute to the quality of the clients’ experience with Menemsha.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales. Required knowledge in general contracting, architecture, engineering, or the commercial real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, follow-up, and negotiation skills along with a strong numerical aptitude required.
- Must have an established book of business within the industry and eager to keep abreast of customer, industry, and competitor development.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must be computer proficient, including experience using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. CRM proficiency is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Takes initiative, manages time effectively and manages and adjusts priorities as needed.

Salary Description
$105,000.00 to $125,000.00
